Enzo Pastor nanny: Alleged slay mastermind often visited Dalia

Supporting the allegations that the murder of race car driver and motorsports proponent Ferdinand “Enzo” Pastor was motivated by an extramarital affair, the nanny of Pastor and widow Dalia Guerrero revealed in an affidavit that businessman Domingo “Sandy” De Guzman often visited  Guerrero in the couple’s home. De Guzman is the alleged mastermind in the plot to murder Pastor.

Pastor’s parents, Remy and Tomas, submitted the affidavits of nanny Chona Domen, hired killer Alvin Nidua and Pastor’s aide Paolo Salazar to the Department of Justice on Tuesday.

In Domen’s affidavit, she said De Guzman would always come in the house of Pastor and Guerrero whenever the car racer was out of the country and the two would stay inside one of the house’s room.

“Pag-alis po ni Sir Enzo papuntang abroad para lumaban sa car race, may ka-text si [Ma’am] Dalia na lalaki na pumupunta sa bahay ni Sir Enzo at nadidinig ko na may ginagawa si [Ma’am] Dalia at ang lalaking ito sa kwarto. Nakilala ko po ‘yung lalaki na si Sandy De Guzman, madalas po nilang ginagawa ito ni [Ma’am] Dalia lalo na ‘pag matagal nasa abroad si Sir Enzo,” Domen said.

(Whenever Sir Enzo would leave the country to join a car race, Ma’am Dalia would text a man to come to their home, and I would hear her and the man do something inside a room. I learned that the man was Sandy De Guzman, and that they would often meet especially if Sir Enzo would extend his stay abroad.)

She said she pitied Pastor that is why she told him about his wife and De Guzman.

Pastor confronted Guerrero, according to Domen but Guerrero denied it. She said Pastor smashed several pieces of furniture and Guerrero called her parents. That same day, she said Guerrero’s parents arrived and confronted Pastor.

Meanwhile, in his affidavit, Nidua said he was first tapped to kill Pastor but he did not accept the job because they did not agree on the price. A certain Kapitan Borbie and Inspector Coco told him that De Guzman’s offer was P200,000 but his asking price was P500,000.

He said De Guzman wanted to kill Pastor because the driver wanted him dead too after discovering that De Guzman was having an affair with his wife.

“Kabit daw ni Sandy De Guzman ang asawa ni Enzo Pastor at nalaman ni Enzo ang relasyon ng dalawa na ikinagalit nito. Nakarating kay Sandy de Guzman na gusto s’yang ipaligpit ni Enzo kaya inunahan n’ya ito,” he said in his affidavit.

(De Guzman was allegedly having an affair with Pastor’s wife, and when Pastor knew about it, he got upset. De Guzman learned that Pastor wanted him killed, so he jumped the gun)

Salazar, in his supplemental affidavit, said that on the night that Pastor was killed, he heard him talking to Guerrero about the route they would take to Clark International Speedway.

He said it was unusual for Guerrero because she knew that her husband was familiar with the route.

To support Salazar’s statement, Pastor’s parents submitted a list of phone calls on the night their son was killed, showing that aside from Pastor, Guerrero was also talking to De Guzman on the phone.

Pastor’s family insisted that PO2 Edgar Angel is the gunman and that Guerrero and De Guzman conspired to kill their son.
