Pay low, pay light with Foton’s rainy wheels craze photo

To make your vehicle purchase more easy, United Asia Automotive Group Inc (UAAGI), the official distributor of Foton vehicles in the country, has come up with the Rainy Wheels Craze promo.

Running until Sept. 30, 2017, the Rainy Wheels Craze promo offers three flexible payment schemes to make your vehicle purchase light on the pocket.

This includes all-in low downpayment, low monthly amortization, and zero interest payment schemes.

For passenger vehicles, available units under Rainy Wheels Craze are the Foton Toplander SUV, Foton Thunder pickup truck, the View Traveller van, View TransVan and Gratour MiniVan.

Available for as low as P28, 000 all-in downpayment, the Toplander keeps turning heads for its brute but stylish all-weather-capable look.

With high standard equipment for comfort and convenience, the Toplander 4×4 highlights features like keyless entry, cruise control, headlight focus, power side mirror, and child safety lock.

It also boasts of a three-ton towing capacity, and is powered by a 2.8L Cummins diesel engine, which is the same mill in its Thunder pickup truck sibling.

For outdoor adventurers with big, bulky and heavy luggage (up to 1,085 kg) on the go, the Foton Thunder is best.

Rated at 160 hp, this pickup truck is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox from Getrag.

Security-wise, the pickup truck comes with a host of features like dual front airbags and anti-lock brakes with electronic brake force distribution.

It also has a keyless entry, front and rear fog lamps, rear parking sensors and anti-theft systems.

This is available at an all-in low downpayment of P 38,000.

Also powered by Cummins is the Foton View Traveller.

It is a favorite of travellers and tour package joiners due to its spacious interiors and comfortable feel.

With an overall dimension of 5,555 mm for its length, 2,060 mm for its weight, and 2,310 mm for its height, the Traveller is considered to be the biggest and widest in its class.

What makes this 16-seater van unique and noticeable is its bubbletop ceiling that provides more headroom for the passengers, with each having their own chair space spread across four rows.

Pay P98,000 for the down payment, and you’re good to drive it home.

Another great deal is the View TransVan that’s available at P78,000 downpayment.

Like the View Traveller, it’s also spacious as it measures 5,050 mm long, 2,030 mm wide, and 1,980 mm tall, along with a wheelbase of 2,570 mm.

It has a payload capacity of up to 1 ton, and is powered by a 4-cylinder in-line, turbo-charged, CRDi diesel engine.

This is a good choice for fleet services, public utility vehicles, and even for carpooling.

Also available is the Gratour MiniVan, the brand’s 7-seater passenger vehicle powered by a G03-series engine.

Already Euro-IV compliant, the 1.2-liter engine generates 85 hp and 112 Nm of torque, figures that are comparable to other 1.2- and 1.3-liter engines in its price range.

Considered as Foton’s most affordable offer in the market, the Gratour MiniVan is available with a downpayment of only P18,000.

Those who prefer to pay light can also avail of the Gratour MiniVan for as low as P4,591 per month.

The commercial vehicles under the Gratour series, collectively known as the Gratour Midi Trucks, are also included in the Rainy Wheel’s Craze promo.

The Foton Gratour Midi Trucks are tuned to produce 85 hp at 6000 rpm, and 112 Nm of torque at 4000-4400 rpm.

The motor comes paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox, riding on 14-inch wheels.

For payload capacity, the Gratour Midi Truck can carry up to 1.2 tons of weight.

It draws from a 1206-cc, 1.2-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine that is already Euro 5 compliant, therefore meeting the government’s call for reduced emissions.

The Gratour Midi Trucks also has various body configurations including Dropside, WingVan, Jeepney, MPV and F-Van for business deliveries, logistics and government use.

The low downpayment scheme under the Rainy Wheel’s Craze includes free 3-year LTO registration, chattel mortgage fee, and Insurance with AoN.
