Centro in two auto and truck trade shows featuring new products

April 05,2018

Leading truck body builder Centro Manufacturing Corporation is set to participate in two major automotive and truck trade shows this week, showcasing their new products mounted on various truck platforms locally available. The 14thManila International Auto Show (MIAS) on April 5 to 8, 2018 will be at the World Trade Center and the Isuzu Truck Fest 2018 on April 6 to 8, 2018 will be at the SMX Convention Center.

MIAS is considered the toughest, fiercest exhibition of automobiles, parts and accessories and thus attracts the grandest bunch of cars, SUVs and trucks with avid auto lovers and enthusiasts coming in droves. Centro Senior Sales Manager, Vic Belisario says that for this MIAS, Centro will display the truck-mounted European-made Hiab crane for various applications, which is now in demand for the government’s Build! Build! Build! infrastructure buildup.

On the other hand, the Isuzu Truck Fest is an annual display of Isuzu truck power and its various product applications. For this year, it will feature a powerhouse display of Isuzu’s new Blue Power Euro 4 trucks. Belisario adds that Centro will mount on them the Nippon Fruehauf wing van body, the C-Van body with a Zepro tailgate lift, passenger van bodies for the new QKR and NLR truck series, and the modern PUV body for mass transport application.

He says that this week will be a very busy week for the auto and truck industries as there will be a flurry of new product launches and trade exhibits. “Centro will be in the thick of things as we have developed new products that cater to the demands and preference of the ever-growing truck industry. We’re excited to be a part of the expected growth spurred by various government programs such as the Build! Build! Build! Program”.

MIAS 2018 happens this week, from April 5 up to April 8, from 10AM to 10PM at World Trade Center, while the Isuzu Truck Fest 2018 will be at Hall 4 of SMX Convention Center from April 6, 2PM to 8PM, until April 7 and 8, 10AM to 8PM.
