Toyota Motor Philippines is getting into the subcompact SUV segment with the all-new Rush. Toyota’s entry-level SUV is anything but basic, as it is relatively specified for the price. Powering the Rush is the familiar 1.5-liter VVTi engine.
Most people will no doubt be interested in the seven-seat variant, the 1.5 G.
Rush features include available 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlamps and taillamps, touchscreen controls, push-button start (on all variants), illuminated gauges, multi-information display, back-up camera, and Apple-compatible audio unit with 7-inch screen.
Safety features standard for all variants include ABS brakes with EBD and six SRS airbags, traction control, hill start assist, and emergency stop signal.
The Rush is available in three variants:
1.5 G AT at P1,070,000
1.5 E AT at P988,000
1.5E MT at P948,000
Colors are: Black Metallic, Bordeaux, Red Mica Metallic, White, Silver Mica Metallic, and Bronze Mica Metallic.
You can see the Rush in the metal on May 5 to 6 at Toyota’s Rush event in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
