Forming part of its 29th anniversary celebration, Nissan Motor Philippines, Inc. (NMPI) is treating its loyal customers whose vehicles are now out of warranty with an array of discounts on parts and labor and exciting service packages.
NMPI has recently kicked off the “Great Parts Bazaar,” which gives customers as much as 50 percent discount on selected parts when they have their units serviced at any Nissan dealership nationwide. This unbeatable offer is valid for owners of Cefiro, Sentra, Vanette, Altima and X-TRAIL.
More treats await Sentra and X-TRAIL owners under the “Nissan Super Saver Service Program,” wherein they can get as much as 25 percent discount on parts and labor when they avail any of the service packages for suspension system, brake system, and air conditioner system. Also available for customers is the change oil and oil filter package – P999 for Sentra and P1,199 for X-TRAIL – when they avail of the Periodic Maintenance Service. In addition, customers will also get a free 30-point vehicle checkup and Nissan Consult Diagnosis.
Customers can take advantage of these great offers to ensure their vehicles are running in top condition, especially those who are planning for long-distance travels in observance of Undas (All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day).
According to NMPI, these customer service programs aim to show appreciation to those who have helped in the company’s continued growth over the years, including Nissan owners with out-of-warranty vehicles.
In the 2011 Philippines Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study recently released by J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Nissan ranked highest in customer satisfaction among new-vehicle owners. “However, we believe that our role does not end with the purchase of a vehicle, which is why we take on a life-long customer support,” NMPI AVP for After-Sales and Parts Group Andy Liao said.
“Beyond delivering quality vehicles, we ensure that meticulous care is taken to provide our customers with great value and long-lasting vehicles. NMPI takes great pride in offering each Nissan owner with Total Solutions after-sales service and Nissan Genuine Parts,” Liao said. These parts, approved by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd of Japan, are designed to conform to Nissan quality standards and are suited especially for use after the warranty period to maintain excellent performance with respect to the vehicle’s age and condition.
Liao added that programs like these aim to encourage customers to use only genuine and original replacement parts, so the safety of the vehicle, its driver and passengers, and even other motorists and pedestrians will not be compromised.
Don’t get left behind — NMPI’s “Great Parts Bazaar” and “Nissan Super Saver Service Program” will last until November 15, 2011 only. For more information, visit www.nissan.com.ph, or inquire at any of the Nissan dealerships nationwide.
