Suzuki continues its tradition of oddball concept cars with the G70 Concept, to debut at the Geneva Motor Show next month. The car, uncharitably described as a “giant green booger” by a popular website, features light weight of 730kg, and a drag coefficient 10 percent lower than a current Suzuki A-segment model.
Suzuki foresees this to lower its emissions and increase its fuel efficiency—as well as be a head-turner on the streets, if ever it makes it into production.
Suzuki will also launch the Swift Range Extender, aka hybrid. The Swift RE uses a 600cc three-cylinder gasoline engine combined with a lithium-ion battery-powered electric motor.
