As part of its continued drive to ensure the safety of motorists using the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), Manila Toll Expressway Systems, Inc. (MaTES) conducted a two-part Traffic Investigation and Traffic Law Enforcement refresher training last September 20, 2013 for its Traffic and Security Department personnel.
Guest speaker Police Chief Inspector Ruel A. Moreno of Laguna Provincial Highway Patrol Group (4th from right) discussed ways on how to enhance the traffic patrollers’ appreciation and understanding of traffic investigation and traffic law enforcement. Said training was headed by MaTES traffic and security manager, Col. Inocencio G. Silbol, PAF (Ret.) and was facilitated by traffic supervisor Norlando P. Radam. This training activity is in line with MaTES’s continuing commitment to strengthen the capabilities of its traffic patrollers to better serve the public. MaTES operates and manages the 36-km. SLEX from Alabang to Calamba up to Star Tollway approach in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
