BMW to launch 3 Series GT, offer best deals at Xpo 2013

October 01,2013

BMW Philippines will launch the 3 Series Gran Turismo model at its upcoming Xpo 2013. The new 3 Series GT is a hatchback derivative of the company’s best-selling sedan. It’s 200mm longer overall, on a 110mm-longer wheelbase, and is 81mm taller than the sedan. The styling cues include frameless doors, ‘coupe-like’ profile, sloping roofline, and of course, that large tail section. The 3 GT will feature an active rear spoiler, the first on a road-going BMW. The 3 Series GT is meant to provide more space and comfort with the characteristic driving pleasure of a BMW.

The brand will also hold its xPo sales event:

In celebration of BMW’s continued leadership in the premium automotive segment, Asian Carmakers Corp. (ACC), the official importer and distributor of BMW vehicles in the Philippines, will be holding its biggest event for the year, the BMW Xpo 2013, this Oct. 4-6.

To be held at the BMW Pavilion along 30th Street, Lane D, of the Bonifacio Global City, the BMW Xpo 2013 will showcase the latest models of BMW cars and motorcycles, as well as the best deals on both brand-new and certified preowned BMW vehicles during the three-day festivity.

In addition, Xpo visitors will get a chance to be the first to see the all-new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo, which will make its public debut during the event.  The BMW 3 Series GT is BMW’s latest design innovation of the world’s best-selling premium sports sedan, the BMW 3 Series.

Other exclusive highlights of the BMW Xpo 2013 are special offers on leasing programs through the FlexiLease by BMW; attractive financing offers on brand-new vehicles; demo drives of the latest BMW models; best deals on certified preowned vehicles; special pricing on BMW lifestyles items; and accessories and free diagnostics services for BMW vehicles

This year, the BMW Xpo will also give customers the opportunity to be a part of a worthwhile cause through their partnership with the Philippine Red Cross. Proceeds from the event will be given to the organization to provide assistance to fellow Filipinos who have been affected by the recent troubles in the country.

“As the leader in the premium automotive industry, we are committed to our customers and the countries where we operate. We have seen the Philippines plagued by several challenges in the past months, so we decided that it is necessary for us to take action and partner with a respectable institution to help our countrymen,” said ACC president Maricar Parco. “At the heart of everything we do in BMW is joy. Through this partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, we hope to bring joy to those in need and help them overcome the difficulties they are facing today.”

Every attendee of the BMW Xpo 2013 will be given the opportunity to join the cause as BMW will donate P100 for every registered guest on their behalf, P1,000 for every test-drive and P10,000 for every vehicle sold during the BMW Xpo 2013. Furthermore, 50 percent of the proceeds from the sale of BMW Lifestyle items will  be donated to the Philippine Red Cross.  Those who will not be able to visit can also do their share by “liking” the BMW Philippines Facebook page.  BMW will donate P10 for every “like” during the  event.
