After a successful jampacked launch, Tuason Racing School promises a more exciting and entertaining TRS Raceday set to stage its second leg on November 9-10 at the Clark International Speedway.
As part of its 15th year celebration as the longest running and only professional racing school in the country, Tuason Racing School has lined up bigger events as part of its activities this season including the second leg of the premiere circuit racing series – the Philippine Touring Car Championship (PTCC) which will be the biggest highlight of the two-day affair powered by Bridgestone, Standard Insurance, PUMA, Coke Zero, Acer, OMP, C!Magazine, Oakley, Aguila Auto Glass, Go Pro, Lifeline Ambulance, Wurth, Karate Kid, Toptul, Elig, Bellevue, Rota, Brembo, Has Travel, Haima Dau and Pampanga, RW95.1 FM, CLTV36, Sunstar Pampanga.
The Tuason Racing School Raceday has earned the distinction as the biggest fusion of motorsports enthusiasts for 2013 with the number of activities and races lined up to satisfy the crowd, corporate sponsors and executives of the Automative Industry as well as Racing wannabees and professional race car drivers.
The PTCC, organized by the AAP and the Philippine Race Car Drivers Inc (PRCDI), will be bannered by a field of more than 20 cars and top caliber drivers, led by first leg winner Joey Pery, vying for the titles in the 100hp. 150hp and 200hp classes.
The fast-growing favorite event, TRS- Bridgestone Retro Race, continues to allure spectators who enjoys the ambiance of being time-warped of sorts as the race track transforms into moving classic car motor show with impeccably restored Mini, Volkswagen, Datsun, Toyota, Ford and others battling each other for the titles at stake.
Dubbed as one of the most successful back-to-basic grassroots motorsports races, only cars 1985 and older are allowed to compete in this event that is expected to lure more than 40 classic cars that will surely brew the nostalgic atmosphere.
Another thrilling highlight will be the Track Attack organized by TRS, Stivo and Rota Wheels. A total of 160 participants from Toyota Fest and Honda Club are set to compete in this event which will be a track time trial focusing on class’s dictated wheel HP that will allow participants to gauge their performance against the professional race drivers.
While racing action gets hotter on the track, equally exciting activities will set the grounds on fire with the CLTV36 Talents performing a mini concert aside from the car display, car club eyeball and other fun activities.
