Volkswagen Philippines launches Polo, Jetta at limited-offer price
Coinciding with the launch of the Volkswagen showroom at Bonifacio Global City, Automobile Central Enterprise Inc. president John Philip Orbeta had one other significant announcement. VW is offering a special introductory price for its sedans: the Polo Notch sells for P888,000; while the Jetta sedan is going for a very tempting P1,098,000.
The Polo Notch is equipped with a 1.6 liter turbodiesel engine good for 104hp and 250Nm matched to a five-speed manual. Manual aircon, 15-inch alloys, dual airbags and ABS are standard.
The Jetta, sedan sibling to the Golf, comes with a 2.0-liter turbodiesel engine good for 109hp and 280Nm. It’s mated to a five-speed manual as well. 16-inch alloys, manual aircon with rear vent, fabric seats, six airbags, ABS, parking sonar and anti-theft system are standard.
There’s never been a better time to consider a German automobile.
