A Korean man jumped to his death from the 24th floor of a condominium tower along EDSA near corner of Boni Avenue in Mandaluyong City, according to radio reports.

The man, reportedly a musician, jumped from the G.A. Tower located on the southbound lane of EDSA, across the Boni MRT station, an initial report from Radio Inquirer 990 AM said.

The police force’s Scene of the Crime Operatives cordoned off the area to conduct an investigation, resulting in a traffic gridlock stretching to the Ortigas Avenue area.

The Radio Inquirer report, quoting the police, said the man’s body landed first on the street electrical wires, resulting in the dismemberment of the man’s body into parts, and loss of electrical power to the building.
