After staging the very successful Vios Cup Exhibition Race in January, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has announced the opening of Toyota Racing School (TRS), based on the Vios Cup program. The program is offering participants use of a race-ready Vios. Based on the 1.5G manual transmission variant, it will contain TRD modifications to make it more suitable for track use.
Starting this March, TMP makes it possible for all car aficionados to learn how to race! One can take the Basic Circuit Car Class, to experience the Vios Race car in action on a real racetrack. Furthermore, this will introduce the driver to the thrills of racing with a focus on the basic techniques and skill application. On the other hand, there is also the Advance Circuit Class/Race Preparation. This is for individuals who are seriously thinking of competing in the first season of the Vios Cup or who would want to have an in-depth racing experience.
Participants can avail of the Vios One Make Race (OMR) car priced at P1,195,000.
