Typhoon ‘Glenda’ was one of the strongest typhoons to directly hit Metro Manila, shutting down the capital Wednesday and leaving 20 dead in its wake. It also wreaked havoc in the surrounding provinces. Here are some scenes from the destruction wrought by the typhoon:
