The Philippine National Police have identified the Mercedes-Benz driver who threatened a taxi driver with a gun during a traffic altercation along Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (Edsa). The incident was caught on video.
Media reports said that cab driver Glen Remetio pointed to the photo of Karlvin Ang as the gun-wielding man with whom he had a heated argument on the Edsa-Santolan flyover over the weekend.
Charges of physical injury, grave threat, and malicious mischief have been lodged against Ang at the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office.
