For vehicles coming from Manila to Cubao, take service road, turn to Magallanes Village, then take Magallanes ramp via EDSA.

For vehicles coming from Roxas, EDSA-Taft Avenue will be opened for left turning from August 9 (Saturday) to August 17 (Sunday).

In an advisory, the MMDA said repairs on the Magallanes Interchange prompted the rerouting.

The MMDA said the southbound lane of the Magallanes flyover along South Super Highway will be closed to traffic starting at 10 p.m. Friday until August 17, Sunday.

The road work is in line with the Department of Public Works and Highways’ Magallanes Interchange Rehabilitation Project.

The DPWH said “asphalting activities” will be conducted to “strengthen the structural component” of the 39-year-old flyover.
