SEMA_PRESS_IMG_MUSTANG_2014Ford usually has a big presence at the Specialty Equipment Market Association car aftermarket and accessories show, and this year it will focus on one nameplate: Mustang. Within its 1800 square meter booth at the Las Vegas Convention Center will be more than a dozen custom Mustangs.

With all-new independent rear suspension and multilink front suspension, the new Mustang will need a different approach to aftermarket modification. In the spotlight is the Mustang by Petty’s Garage. This will have a Roush supercharged V8 with the Richard Petty livery and the famous No. 43. The car will be auctioned by Barrett-Jackson for charity.

The Mustang RTR drift car of Vaughn Gittin Jr. will put on a show at Ford’s SEMA outdoors area.
