The Department of Public Works and Highways will perform its customary road repair and reblocking from June 19, Friday 10 PM to June 22, Monday 5 AM.
Southbound:
– Along E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave. / C-5 between Poseidon St. and Greenmeadows Avenue (4th Lane from Sidewalk)
Motorists can take Katipunan Ave., White Plains Ave., Ortigas Ave., and Greenmeadows Ave. as alternate route
Northbound:
– Along C-5 Road from Petron Gasoline Station to Lanuza St. (1st and 2nd Outermost Lanes)
– Along Payatas Road from Farmers St. to Visayas St. (2nd Lane)
Meanwhile, the city of Manila also announced a road closure for yet another religious gathering on public roads. The road closure for the “34th anniversary celebration of Couples for Christ” will mean closure of the Southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard from Katigbak to TM Kalaw on June 20, 2015, from 2:30 to 3:30 pm.
Rerouting is as follows: Vehicles coming from northern part of Manila/Pier Zone intending to utilize the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall turn left to P. Burgos, right to Ma. Orosa, right to TM Kalaw and left to Roxas Boulevard.
