Discovery Country Suites has a wide range of menu from daily breakfast (7:00AM to 10:00AM); all-day dining (weekdays from 10:00AM to 9:00PM and weekends from 2:00PM to 9:00PM) and brunch (weekends from 10:00AM to 2:00PM).
The menus are specially created by Executive Sous Chef Celmar Ambida and Resident Manager and Pastry Chef Rhea Sycip. Some of the best-sellers include Steak and Eggs and Pinoy Sampler for breakfast; Brunch Burger and Smoked Salmon Bagels for brunch and Lobster Linguini and Seafood Risotto for all-day menu. Ingredients are mostly locally sourced and Discovery Country Suites has partnered with homegrown farms to support livelihood.
