ACC Chairman Emeritus Gov. Jose Ch. Alvarez turns over BMW 7 Series vehicles to APEC-NOC Chairman Amb. Marciano Paynor at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).

Asian Carmakers Corporation (ACC), the official importer and distributor of BMW in the Philippines, turned over a fleet of BMW 7 Series vehicles to the APEC 2015 National Organizing Council (APEC-NOC). As the APEC 2015 Summit’s official premium mobility partner, BMW is sponsoring vehicles to serve as shuttles for esteemed delegates throughout the international summit.

Held in the presence of APEC-NOC Chairman Amb. Marciano Paynor, the ceremony completes the assembly of BMW-sponsored vehicles for the APEC, following the first batch of BMW 5 Series units turned over last May. The fleet includes vehicles that will be used by ministers and heads of states participating in the upcoming APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting on November 18 and 19.

“We are truly honored to play an integral role in the APEC 2015 as its official premium mobility partner. BMW has always been committed to fostering the economic growth and development of the Philippines and the Asia-Pacific Region,” said ACC President Maricar Parco. “As we complete the turnover of our vehicle fleet to the APEC-NOC, we are showcasing our continued support to the development of the region where we operate.”
