The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced changes in some of the intersections and segments of EDSA. The MMDA quotes the Inter-Agency Council on Traffic (i-ACT) Traffic Advisory:

The i-ACT through the PNP-HPG, MMDA, LTO, LTFRB and Force Multipliers will implement the following Traffic Scheme changes in EDSA starting 5:00 AM Monday, September 5, 2016:

1. Closure of U-Turn Slots Southbound near Trinoma after West Avenue to SM City Northbound;

2. Closure/Removal of counter flow at Estrella Flyover from Rockwell to EDSA;

3. North Road, EDSA – One way only from EDSA.
