According to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, a total of 609,975 bus trips were recorded in the first quarter of 2016 by the Bus Management and Dispatch System. The system controls four major terminals: Baclaran, Alabang, Fairview and Malabon aside from 10 satellite stations, particularly on EDSA.
