The number coding scheme in Metro Manila would be lifted Friday, a regular holiday as the nation celebrates Bonifacio Day, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced Wednesday.
The MMDA, however, said the cities of Makati and Las Piñas — both implementing an independent number coding system — have yet to issue their respective advisories on whether or not to suspend the scheme within their jurisdiction on November 30. /kga –Faye Orellana
