MG PHILIPPINES now has an app for its after-sales services and inquiries.
Called Mobile Gadget, the free-download app is designed to “make owning and maintaining an MG even more convenient,” according to the company. Included in the app are tools which allow MG owners to schedule vehicle servicing appointments; choose which authorized service center they would bring the vehicle to; locate which dealership or service center is nearest to them; and inquire about parts availability and services.
MG Philippines said the app also lets users to schedule test drives and inquire about products, as well as serve as a virtual garage which owners can use to record their vehicles’ maintenance history.
Mobile Garage is linked between MG Philippines’ head office and its dealers, ensuring inquiries are properly and professionally entertained, the company said.
“With the Mobile Gadget app, the convenience of owning and maintaining an MG is at your fingertips,” says MG Philippines president and CEO Alberto B. Arcilla. “The Mobile Gadget app leverages the power of technology while integrating innovative after-sales services. At MG Philippines, we also see the Mobile Gadget app as a means for us to foster better relationships with our clients by staying abreast with their needs.”
The Mobile Gadget app accompanies a one-year free periodic maintenance service package and a five-year or 100,000-kilometer vehicle warranty that come with an MG purchase.
