Selected areas in Northern Luzon continue to benefit from the aggressive network expansion of FOTON Motor Philippines, Inc. (FMPI).
Foton, one of the country’s most vibrant automotive brands, officially inaugurates its 29th dealership in the country, FOTON Metro Clark today.
Apart from being the closest-in-distance dealership to FMPI’s 11-hectare vehicle assembly plant in Pampanga,
FOTON Metro Clark is also the first FOTON dealership under the management of Laus Group of Companies, the largest and fastest growing multi-brand automotive network in the Philippines today.
Strategically located along the busy stretch of McArthur Highway in Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga, FOTON Metro Clark houses a completely-furnished vehicle showroom that could accommodate 5 units of passenger vehicles and light duty trucks. It also has state-of-the –art service bays specifically designed to provide quality maintenance, repairs, and general aftersales services.
According to Laus Group of Companies President Paul Laus, what made them choose FOTON was the brand’s vast product line-up available for both personal and business functionalities.
“It was our founder, the late Levy P. Laus, one of the most accomplished Filipino businessmen of his generation, who saw the potential in the brand and eyed for a strong partnership with FMPI,” he said. “In fact, he himself was still able to visit the FMPI Assembly Plant to witness the operation and production, same day when he signed the Memorandum of Understanding last June 2018.”
Recognized as one of the most-developed and urbanized areas in Luzon, Clark in Pampanga has been well-known as a central business district that boasts of world-class hotels, casinos, resort, golf courses and recreational hubs.
The presence of FOTON Metro Clark also brings a good amount of exposure not only to those residing in the Freeport Zone, but also to the motorists passing by Mabalacat, Angeles, NLEX and even SCTEX. Laus shared, “We want to transform the landscape of the countryside business, and expand it not only in Metro Clark, but across Northern and Central Luzon.”
With FOTON’s budding number of fully capable dealerships accommodating vehicle showrooms, service centers and sales outlets, the management of FMPI shared how grateful they are for being warmly embraced by the market. “Having Laus Auto Group as one of our dealer partners is considered as a major milestone for FOTON. We are honored that Laus Auto Group chose to include FOTON as part of their legacy. This also conveys that FOTON already has what it takes to join the list of the Philippines’ most-trusted automotive brands,” exclaimed Sytin.
He added, “Armed with our mission to support the growth and development of our stakeholders, the economy, industry, society, and the preservation of the environment, we commit ourselves to incessantly ignite the burning passion with the FOTON Metro Clark team, and the entire Laus Group to provide exceptional vehicles and customer care to more Filipino families and businesses.”
By the end of 2019, FMPI is targeting the opening and operation of 34 dealerships nationwide. More FOTON dealerships will soon land in Congressional Avenue, Bacolor, Tagbilaran, and Iloilo.
