Newly-opened Toyota Valenzuela puts customer experience to the fore
How does the next generation of automobile dealerships look and feel like? Perhaps this question can be answered by taking a closer look at Toyota Valenzuela, which debuted last June 28 along McArthur Highway in Barangay Dalandanan.
The Valenzuela dealership is Toyota’s 70th in the Philippines, and the first to rise in the city regarded as the northern gateway of Metro Manila.

Indeed, with a major shift underway toward an automotive dealership that is more of a customer experience center rather than just a sales point, Toyota Valenzuela promises to take auto shopping experience to a new level.
“Clearly there is huge opportunity for a dealership like Toyota Valenzuela to provide seamless and personalized customer experience across channels. He adds that Toyota Valenzuela, which is the second franchise dealership of Toyota Quezon Avenue, its mother company, aims to sell 120 units per month on its first year of operation.
Franklin Lim explains that car buyers still seek “offline” experiences in a dealership. “While they do check their target vehicle online, even comparing its features and price with competing models from other brands, car buyers still like to visit a showroom, speak to an expert, and ‘get the feel’ of the vehicle they love before they even take it for a test drive.”
To help achieve such experience and customer expectations, Toyota Valenzuela created VIP rooms that are fully furnished to the highest standards while the New Car Release and Customer Lounge, equipped with essential amenities which will ensure comfort to customers.
When it comes to taking care of the Toyota units, the dealership offers seven bays for express maintenance,15 bays for general jobs, 36 bays for body and paint, and 4 bays for periodic maintenance.
Service support bays are capable of handling 142 units, while the new vehicle stockyard, located at the 4th floor, can accommodate up to 75 units.
Much like the physical dealership itself, Toyota Valenzuela’s service structure meets the state-of-the-art facilities and equipment with all the latest technologies. The three floors that serve as parts warehouse has a total floor space of 300 sq.m, which is connected by a freight elevator for faster delivery and distribution of parts.
