AT LEAST five fuel companies have announced they would increase prices of gasoline, diesel and kerosene on Tuesday, July 16. The adjustments are set to take effect at 6 a.m.
Petro Gazz, Phoenix Petroleum, PTT Philippines, Seaoil and Shell will all add P1.05 on every liter of gasoline and P0.70 on every liter of diesel they sell.
Seaoil and Shell will also hike prices of kerosene by P0.70.
The increases are attributed to developments in the international market as major oil producers continue to cut production to increase prices after a drop in the past year.
