MUNTINLUPA Rep. Ruffy Biazon in a post on Twitter Thursday said he was startled by an escorted luxury car barging through traffic. The lawmaker provided a photo with his post.
“Just got flagged aside by the motorcycle escort of this green and silver Rolls-Royce,” Biazon said on Twitter.
“Traffic was flowing smoothly and I didn’t see the need to wave vehicles aside to make way for the car. First time I’ve seen this car in my district,” he added.
