PORSCHE Philippines said it has been at the forefront of customer satisfaction in the luxury car sector, and that after-sales service remains one of its focal points. It attributes half of its success to its distinguished services as defined by motivated and experienced Germany-trained technicians, as well as modern facilities and equipment.
Following a uniform, merit-based standard, each technician from around the globe undergoes Porsche’s qualification program. This program classifies the servicemen into three levels; bronze, silver and gold. In the Philippines, five qualified technicians have attained gold level, certified by Porsche AG. These seasoned individuals have met the advanced qualifications of Porsche’s international standards. Gold certification of technicians, better known as Diagnostic Specialists, is the highest rank a technician can attain, proving his or her knowledge in high-level processes.
In Asia Pacific, Porsche Philippines received the following accolades at the 2018 Porsche Service Excellence Awards: Best in After-Sales, Warranty, Marketing, Training and Customer Satisfaction for three months.
Porsche Philippines said it has the latest Porsche Integrated Workshop Information System (PIWIS) tester, the marque’s premiere computerized diagnostic equipment, factory-approved four-wheel alignment machine, dynamic wheel balancer, tire changer and special tools from Porsche AG. The Center has eight working bays with lifts and two diagnostic bays, all of which are used to ensure that all serviced vehicles are met with Porsche’s global standards.
Porsche’s after-sales service performance is proven by statistics. Around 70 percent of all Porsche vehicles ever built are still on the road today, a true testament to the outstanding service Porsche guarantees. More recently, Porsche garnered a record-breaking score and the highest among the luxury brands in J.D. Power US’s Customer Service Index, a study which examines customer satisfaction across different departments such as maintenance and repair service at new vehicle dealerships.
