The Toyota Quezon Avenue organization

Just three decades after its founding, Toyota Quezon Avenue (TQA) last week announced it just sold its 100,000th unit, the fastest to reach such milestone among Toyota Motor Philippines’ extensive network of dealers nationwide.

“When we opened Toyota Quezon Avenue more than 30 years ago, we made a commitment that we will blaze the trail in providing unparalleled service to our customers and to be an industry leader. Just recently, we break records as we have sold 100,000 units in an accelerated record time of just 30 years, considered the fastest among all Toyota dealerships around the country,” announced TQA EVP and General Manager Franklin Lim during the company’s anniversary bash held at the Music Museum in San Juan City.

Toyota Motor Philippines president, Satoru Suzuki, who presented the plaque of recognition during the event said that, “Reaching 100,000 sales units so quickly is a testament to the strength of the Toyota brand and products in locations where Toyota Quezon Avenue operates. Even with intense competition and challenging business conditions, this dealership continued to grow and reach new customers.”

For Lincoln Lim, hitting the 100,000 sales mark represents their customers’ recognition of the quality of Toyota vehicles they sell. “We will continue to write our success story and expand our product range.”

Steadfast

“But the journey was not at all easy—we had to face many heartaches, difficulties, and trials. But, we have remained steadfast in our promise to provide exceptional service and support to Filipinos. And, Toyota Quezon Avenue has been blessed thanks to our customers’ support, generosity, and appreciation,” said TQA President Lincoln Lim.

During the celebration, Toyota Quezon Avenue remembered its humble beginnings with Lincoln Lim paying tribute to Felipe Li, TQA’s former president who led the dealership until 2007 or the first 19 years of the company.

Li, who also ingrained in all of us the unfailing desire to reach the greatest of heights in this business, allowed us be what and where we are right now,” shared Lincoln Lim.

Aside from record-breaking sales, Toyota Quezon Avenue are also proud of the outstanding service it provides to its customers.

Recognized

“We are very lucky that our efforts are being recognized in the industry. But all these groundbreaking efforts would not have been possible without the men and women tirelessly working to respond to the needs of the society and our customers,” said Lincoln Lim.
