HONDA Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) announced it was ranked No. 1 in the J.D. Power 2019 Sales Satisfaction Index Study.
The company said J.D. Power representatives handed the award for topping the study to HCPI executives on September 19 at the carmaker’s plant and headquarters in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
Present during the ceremony were HCPI officials led by assistant vice president Koki Hattori, general manager of sales division and spokesman Louie Soriano and general manager of dealer business division Noel Barachina, and J.D. Power executives regional director of automotive practice Shantanu Nandi Majumdar and country manager for the Philippines Sigfred Doloroso.
“We are truly honored to receive this award as the No. 1 in Sales Satisfaction. As always, Honda remains true to its promise of delivering products of the highest quality and providing the best customer satisfaction,” Soriano said.
HCPI said eight automotive brands in the Philippines were ranked in the 2019 survey. It added Honda also topped the Sales Satisfaction Index study in 2012 and 2017.
