Peugeot PH unveils its 2020 5008 Allure 7-seater SUV
After its recent unveil of the 3008 Active SUV at the French ambassador’s residence recently, Eurobrands Distributor, Inc., the exclusive distributor of Peugeot vehicles in the country unveiled the 2020 Peugeot 5008 Allure 7-Seater SUV in its Peugeot showroom along C5, Pasig last Monday. The new variant focuses on upgraded driving, safety and accessibility features with subtle interior and exterior changes for 2020.
It will sport a new set of 18-inch Detroit alloy wheels for a more dynamic and athletic look, and inside, the seats will be cladded with full Claudia leather, and come with a panoramic sunroof with ambient LED lighting that adds a more premium feel to the cabin space.
It also comes with Peugeot’s new suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for this new model. This would include an active blind spot detection system, advanced driver attention alerts, lane keeping assistance, and a speed limiter and cruise control feature with intelligent speed adaptation, ensuring enhanced safety and a more relaxed driving dynamic. This new variant also features an electronic tailgate with foot sensor for added convenience.
What is attractive about this French branded 7-seater is its pricing, which makes it competitive for this segment. With a suggested retail price of P2,190,000, it is bound to attract buyers with growing families and executives who would like to have a roomy vehicle, and enough cargo room for long drives. “At this price point, the 2020 Peuegot 5008 SUV has the best combination of premium features and impressive technologies in a vehicle available in the market today,” sales director for Peugeot Philippines, Dodie Gañac said.
