The Philippine motorsports and motoring community mourns the loss of Kookie Ramirez, race driver and son of racing legend Pocholo Ramirez. Kookie passed away after a brave fight against bladder cancer. We will always remember him for asking in that very gentle way of his why I was being so easy on a car (a Civic 2.0) on the Subic International Raceway. He will be missed.
