One tradition in Formula One is Maurice Hamilton’s annual Almanac, looking ahead to the new F1 season. Sighted inside his crystal ball: Ferrari team orders, more squabbling over the Lotus name, Bernie bumps up the number of new races, and F1 returns to the USA in Madison Square Garden!
