SEMA announces ‘hottest cars’ of 2013

By Jason K. Ang November 07,2013

The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) , held annually in Las Vegas, is the show to visit for aftermarket products, as well as to discover trends in automotive performance and styling. During the opening press conference of the show, SEMA president  Christopher J. Kersting announced the year’s hottest vehicles:

4×4 / SUV: Jeep Wrangler

Truck: Ford F-Series

Car: Ford Mustang

Sport compact: Scion FR-S

The announcement was not exactly a surprise, as all the vehicles are icons and best-sellers in their respective categories, and favorites with tuners. The Scion FR-S is of course the American version of the Toyota 86.
