Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is geared up to continue the fun in its all-out motorsports festival this July 26, 2014 (Saturday) at the Clark International Speedway in Pampanga. The day will feature the country’s biggest motorsport event, the 2014 Vios Cup.
At least 30 Vios Cup cars are again expected to be on the track. The racing action is expected to heat up further with all teams gearing up for better standings in this next leg of this season. The public can expect a roster of racers on July 26 consisting reportedly of five celebrities, three media personalities and several individual teams who will battle it out wheel-to-wheel in being this race’s champion
Coming from the victorious wins of Jason Choachuy from Team Toyota Balintawak and Allan Uy from Team TQA in the first race last May 24, the public can definitely expect more excitement in Race 2. After 2 months of practice on track, lap times have surely gone down and spectators can expect another head to head battle amongst the teams.
Aside from racing, TMP has prepared a full-day’s program of other side activities. Gearheads will enjoy various Cars on Display, Track Day Competitions, Racing Simulators and the popular Kinect for the kids and the kids-at-heart. Lastly, in between the two heats of the day’s race– celebrate like it’s still the “First of Summer” and get to watch one of the country’s hottest bands today, Urbandub, in a free concert.
Toyota Vios Cup will be at the Clark International Speedway in Pampanga on July 26, 10:00AM. The event is open to the public, and admission is free.
On race day, the free Vios Cup Shuttle loop with pick-up points in Holiday Inn Hotel and Montevista Villas within Mimosa Leisure Estate, Clark is also available for everyone’s convenience.
