Can’t wait for Fast and Furious 7? Universal Pictures is spooling up the turbo by offering seven 11 teaser bits for the movie, now titled Furious 7 (at least in America). Don’t worry about too many spoilers, as each clip is only seven seconds long.
The movie stars the late Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tony Jaa, and Kurt Russell. Walker’s death in a car accident in November 2013 had the effect of propelling the movie series’ popularity even faster. About the cars, the McLaren MP4-12C, Dodge Viper, Ferrari 458, Bugatti Veyron, and Dodge Charger all get their one second of fame. Those, plus lots of long legs. The trailer launches on November 1.
The series has been a big success for Universal,with $2.4 billion in worldwide box office earnings since 2001. The last film alone made $789 million. The new film will premiere April 2015.
