Pierce Brosnan’s Aston Martin destroyed in fire

Pierce Brosnan, an actor best known for portraying Percy Jackson’s centaur guardian Chiron, revealed that his own personal Aston Martin Vanquish sports car was destroyed in a fire. His Instagram post reads “All that remains…of a very great Aston Martin…she was a beauty…however, a car is just a car…a life, is a precious gift of Beauty and holiness…”.
The silver gray Aston Martin Vanquish, similar to the car used in his last James Bond film, Die Another Day, sans missiles and cloaking shield, was also seen in another Instagram post in December. The car was reportedly destroyed in a fire in Brosnan’s house in Malibu, California on February 11, 2015. Too bad it hadn’t been equipped by Q branch to be indestructible. The fire caused property damage and no one was hurt.
