Hyundai Lateral Drift runs on May 23-24 at Philippine Arena Motoring Festival
It will be another historical event in Philippine drifting when round 3 & 4 of the 2015 Hyundai Lateral Drift Championship Series takes place on May 23 and 24 at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan. It will be the first motorsports drifting event to happen inside the venue alongside other motorsport disciplines. The drift race will be part of the Philippine Arena Motoring Festival, organized by the Tradeshow International and Maligaya development Corp.
Other events happening inside the venues will be Dirt Rally Racing, Car Slalom, Off road Jamboree, Underbone Drag, Motorcycle Gymkhana, car club meets, test drives. One of the major events is the Hyundai Lateral Drift Championship Series (Zone 2).
The festival is open to the public with an entrance fee of 100 pesos per person. Included are viewing of all races and club meets, car shows and test drives in the area.
The Hyundai Lateral Drift Program is to start at 12 noon with the Amateur series and 3pm on wards for the Pro Division. This will be a back-to-back format and will follow the same time schedule for Saturday and Sunday.
