1) The grand total sold by the Philippine auto industry in 2016 was 417,356 vehicles, not 452,751. The sales numbers of Ford Group Philippines Inc. (FGPI) and Auto Nation Group (ANG) as members of both the Chamber of Automotive Manufatcurers of the Philippines and Association of Vehicle Importers and Distributors were counted twice in the final tabulation.
2) The total number of Toyota Vios sold in 2016 was 36,256, not 33,173.
3) In the “Top 5 Mini Subcompact Cars” chart, the Mitsubishi Mirage G4 was mistakenly identified as a Toyota.
4) In the “Top 5 MPVs/AUVs” chart, the 2015 figure of the Toyota Innova should have been 11,701, not 11,7011.
5) The number “5” should not have appeared in the title of the chart “Top 5 Subcompact SUVs/Crossovers” since only 4 nameplates were listed.
