Earlier this year, Hyundai promised a luxe three-row crossover, and now the brand is delivering: the 2020 Palisade SUV reveal is scheduled for November 28.
On Thursday, Hyundai revealed the name of the luxurious flagship SUV we knew was coming: the 2020 Hyundai Palisade.
As we found out earlier this year, the vehicle does feature three rows; now, we know officially and specifically that the model offers eight-passenger seating designed with premium materials, intelligent technology, and generous cargo space with “modern families” in mind.
The SUV was engineered to satisfy the needs of growing families with active lifestyles. Safety and security are supported by intelligent technology integrated into the vehicle, all while offering style inspired by the picturesque beaches and bold architecture found in the Pacific Palisades; Hyundai describes this styling as, “understated” yet, “worthy of a flagship SUV.”
After the 2020 Hyundai Palisade is shown at the LA Auto Show on November 28, it will go on sale in summer 2019. Without official pricing or further specs, we can assume that the base will cost somewhere above the 2019 Santa FE — the vehicle the SUV was designed to replace — which starts at $25,500. CC
