TOYOTA Motor Philippines (TMP) announced Toyota owners will receive up to P8,000 worth of gift certificates for every successful transaction that comes as a result of them having convinced other people to purchase a Toyota Vios.
The program, called Toyota Referral Rewards, is designed to let Toyota owners share their satisfaction over their vehicles, said Cristina Arevalo, TMP first vice-president for brand and product planning.
“If you have purchased any brand-new Toyota vehicle and you know someone whom you think deserves to enjoy the great value and quality of a Toyota Vios, this program is for you,” she said.
To participate in the program, TMP explained the Toyota owner making the referral must have purchased a brand-new vehicle from an authorized Toyota dealership. The vehicle must also be invoiced under his or her name.
The Toyota owner can then register the name of the Vios customer being referred in any Toyota dealership. Every successful Vios sale coming from the referral rewards P5,000 worth of gift certificates upon release of the car, and another P3,000 worth of gift certificates if the transaction was made through Toyota Financial Services.
“There is no limit to the number of referrals, so the more friends you have who are interested in buying a Vios, the more chances of getting rewards,” Arevalo said.
However, referrals for purchases under fleet accounts or for those to be invoiced under a company or government institution do not qualify in the program, TMP said.
It added the Toyota Referral Rewards promo runs until July 31.
