THE upgraded version of the Ford Everest will be launched on August 9, Ford Philippines announced.
No details about the upgrades were released, but Ford said enhancements have been made to the model’s engine and transmission. The latest Everest “will also carry changes in its exterior, interior and driver-assist technologies,” according to Ford.
To accompany the launch of the revised Everest is an experiential test-drive event called the Ford Island Conquest. The activity is now on its third year, and Ford said it will be held this time at the MegaTent Events Venue in Libis, Quezon City on August 10 and 11 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. It is open to the public and free of charge.
Ford said customers who will place reservations on the upgraded Everest during the two-day event will get a free five-year Scheduled Service Plan to go with their eventual purchase.
The carmaker added customers who will place reservations on the Ford EcoSport, Mustang, Ranger Wildtrak, Ranger XLT, Ranger XLS, Explorer, or Expedition — all of which will also be displayed at the Ford Island Conquest — get cash discounts of as much as P100,000 on top of existing Truck Month and Big Deal offers.
