To those heading traveling through the San Juan area, take note of the MMDA’s new scheme for Annapolis Street. As posted on the MMDA website:
REMINDER: New traffic scheme starts tmrw @ Anapolis St, SanJuan. No entry frm EDSA 6-11am & 3-9pm. Affected vehicles take Connecticut.
According to the MMDA study, this causes traffic build up backing up to the Cubao area. Hopefully it works. (Thanks to Jackie for the tip.)
