KIA’S journey of bringing its fleet closer to the market will soon draw its curtains for the year, but vibrant things are still ahead!
The year-long nationwide Kia On Tour (KOT) proved to be an effective way for the public to enjoy Kia’s different driving experience first-hand, and has always been packed with activities for both the young and young-at-heart.
Columbian Autocar Corp. (CAC), the exclusive distributor of Kia Motors vehicles in the country, will soon make its final pit stop at Lim Ket Kai Center, Cagayan de Oro.
Aside from the staple car displays, test-drive units of your favorite Kia vehicles like the Rio and Sorento will be on hand, as well as free Kia merchandise. Kia’s ever-reliable sales team will also be available for consultations.
“We’re excited for Kia fans residing in Cagayan de Oro and neighboring provinces to get a pleasant surprise once they drop by and join our Kia On Tour festivities. I encourage everyone to bring the entire family to Lim Ket Kai Center on Oct. 9-11 and enjoy the experience of driving a Kia vehicle,” CAC vice president for sales and marketing Hernando D. Gañac Jr. said.
This year proved to be a banner one for KOT as it went around key cities and provinces all over the Philippines, just so motoring enthusiasts in and around the metro can get a more personal look and feel of the Kia fleet. The tour kicked off in Las Piñas and continued on to Laguna, Cebu, Dumaguete, and Butuan. KOT even made stops at various industry shows like the Manila International Auto Show, the STV Summer Test Drive Festival, and the Philippine Arena Motor Festival.
Gañac added: “Kia aftersales will also hold its Family Service program on Oct. 10 and 11 so there are more activities to look forward to.”
The Kia Family Service weekend will field certified technicians and expert personnel from CAC to personally provide free checkup and diagnosis to Kia vehicles. Several Kia vehicles will also be available for guests to test-drive, as well as other recreational activities and food carts for the whole family to enjoy.
