Nissan PH holds service personnel national competition

In cultivating excellence in its aftersales services, Nissan in the Philippines held the Nissan Service Technician Excellence Competency (NISTEC) and Nissan Service Advisor Excellence Competency (NISAC) national competitions. Service technicians and advisors from Nissan dealerships around the country participated in the event.

Nino Bryan Villafuerte from Nissan Cebu Central won the NISTEC national champion award while Japhet Calabon from Nissan Bacolod won in the NISAC category. Both will take part in a regional competition in early 2020, representing the Philippines against national champions from other Asia & Oceania countries.

The NISTEC-NISAC Competitions are held every two years, and showcase the knowledge and skills of Nissan’s technicians and advisers for after-sales services.

“This competition is a way for us to strengthen and prove our skills in bringing satisfaction to our customers. Excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations win us loyal customers and earns admiration for Nissan as a brand,” said Nissan in the Philippines president and managing director Atsushi Najima.
