(UAAGI), the official distributor of Foton vehicles in the Philippines announced an innovative after-sales service feature to strenghten its capability and reach by coming up with an industry-first mobile service program for Foton customers who have a hard time having their units serviced in their respective dealers. Dubbed as the “EC Mobile Service Truck Program,” highly trained and authorized mechanics using specialized shop tools and genuine parts are on call to provide quality service to a growing number of customers. “We are aware that not all our customers are in close proximity to a dealership,” said UAAGI president Rommel Sytin. “That is a pain point we want to address with this new and timely service.”
